According to NBA reporter Zach Pearson, Arizona F Bennedict Mathurin has continued to impress NBA teams in pre-draft practices and his stock has continued to climb into the lottery. (Zach Pearson)
The former Arizona product has had a solid season in which he averaged 17.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. During his preliminary training sessions, several executives and scouts from across the federation have continued to rave about this athletic specimen. A draft-type projected midfielder, Mathurin has now found his way into the eyes of several teams in the NBA lottery. The 6’6, 19-year-old has continued to attract interest from the Pacers, who hold the 6th pick in this year’s draft.
