Campbell County’s Nyomi Moore is pretty busy when she’s competing in four competitions. At the Buffalo track meet-up last week, she ran in Camel’s 4×100 relay team, which took first place, and she finished second in the 100-meter run with a time of 13.05. In addition to these two events, Moore took 3rd place in 26.87 on the 200 meters and finished 6th in the high jump with 4: 9.

In the indoor track season. Moore won the long jump at the state championship meeting, ran the 4×200 relay of the state championship, finished 2nd in the 55 meter run with 7.4 and even went 5 feet to 5th place in the high jump.

Needless to say, she is a solid all-round athlete and we had the opportunity to talk about her efforts at the Buffalo Track Meet.
