During Thursday’s quarterly meeting of the Minister’s Advisory Panel on Environmental Justice and Justice, members will learn more about equal access to healthy outdoor recreation.

Reid Wilson, Secretary of State for the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, will make the presentation “Equitable Access to Healthy Outdoor Recreation: The Other Side of Environmental Justice” to Board Members.
You’ll also learn about the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative’s Environmental Justice Report and a utility replacement initiative from the Department of Water Infrastructure. There will also be a presentation on the environmental justice engagement process for Executive Order 246, which commits the state to clean energy management and creates economic opportunity, particularly in underserved communities.
