Fishing lake and tenting web site in Skegness in UK’s Prime 10 hidden gems

Birchwood fishing and camping site in Skegness is considered one of Britain’s best kept secrets.

Birchwood Fishing and Camping ranks ninth in a list that places it above a glamping site in Chester, and its “rural setting just two miles from Skegness attractions” as part of its winning formula.

This is in stark contrast to an annual poll by which?, which consistently ranks Skegness last, largely because it competes against wealthier parts of the country.
