Full Moon Yoga & Camping Retreat

Friday, September 9, 6 p.m. – Saturday, September 10, 8 a.m

The Garden invites you to enjoy nature after hours under the summer sky with yoga and mindful group practices led by teacher Lisa Griffiths and the Moonrise Fire Circle led by Isabelle George LMFT. Celebrate community with sunset and sunrise yoga, nestle in nature, and sleepovers with indoor and outdoor camping options. Go on a staycation and wellness adventure! All inclusive. (Tent rental for 2 people plus assembly available as an add-on).

*Be one of the first 5 people to register and have your choice of pre-reserved outdoor campsites. Tickets will be provided for the first 5 registered people.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

outdoor camping – Rent a tent and set it up with the Boy Scouts. (Additional $40)

2 person tent. Scouts will set up your tent from 5:00pm to 5:30pm and take down your tent from 8:30am to 9:00am. Guests may arrive at 5:30pm to set up items in your tent (please do not arrive before 5:30pm). The first 5 to register can choose their campsite.

Camping – bring your own tent. (included in ticket price)

Guest assembly takes place from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in designated areas. Bring your own equipment: sleeping pad recommended, sleeping bag, pillow.

“Indoor” camping – indoor camping education center available (included in ticket price)

Bring a sleeping pad, pillow, sleeping bag, and any other items you need that fit in a holdall.

SAFETY

Staff will be on site. The car park swing gate and entrance gates will be closed at the start of the retreat.*You are welcome to attend only the evening portion, there is no re-entry for the morning portion of the retreat.Disclaimer: There is occasional wildlife in the garden. Camping Buddy system always applies. Designated quiet times are observed for indoor and outdoor camping.

WHAT TO BRING

Yoga mat Flashlight or headtorch if camping outdoors (see above) Lantern if you want light in or around your tent Folding chairs for the fire circle are provided. If you wish, you can bring your own camping chair. Empty mason jar with lid for “moon water”. You will make your own moon water for sipping. Journal (optional) BYO fork, bring your own fork for meals 😊 We prefer not to buy plastic.

Further details will be sent to participants. You are strongly encouraged to unplug. However, we do have WI-FI and outlets for charging devices.
