FWP Information: CITIZEN ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING TO DISCUSS OUTDOOR RECREATION AND PUBLIC ACCESS

Settlements- Outdoor recreation and public access are important to Montana’s way of life and economy, and these issues will be the focus of the upcoming Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks Region 5 Citizen Advisory Committee meeting.

The CAC meeting will be held on Thursday, September 15 at the Billings FWP office, 2300 Lake Elmo Drive, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A public presentation featuring Beth Shumate, Assistant Division Manager, Parks and Outdoor Recreation, will begin at approximately 6:00 p.m. The presentation is free and open to the public.

Established in 1996, the CAC meets approximately five times a year from September through May and partners with Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks to provide information, ideas and initiatives.
