About the Sumemr Food Service program:

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), also known as the Summer Meals Program, was established in the early 1970’s to ensure children received nutritious meals during the summer months when school was not in session. Children need good nutrition all year round. The SFSP is helping to fill this gap by serving free meals and snacks to children under 18 during the summer. More information here.
