Gabbi Garcia and her boyfriend, fellow actor Khalil Ramos, enjoyed the outdoors on a camping trip using an old tent from their childhood.

The actress gave fans a glimpse of her getaway via video on her Instagram page last Wednesday, January 19. The couple set up camp next to a car, took a walk among trees and cooked outdoors.

“What a perfect day looks like,” Garcia said.

Garcia then told fans the tent they used had been in her family for years and when she was a kid. She shared throwback photos with the tent on her Instagram page yesterday along with a photo of herself lounging in it.

“Same, but different. Trivia: The tent we use for camping now is still the same tent we’ve been using since we were kids!” she said. “I was about 3 or 4 years old in these photos. This was the last time we used this tent until today. I’m so happy my dad kept it all these years.”

For his part, Ramos shared moments of himself and Garcia hugging and enjoying the sunset, as seen on his Instagram page yesterday, January 20.

“Yesterday felt like a Monday that I didn’t want to end,” he said.

The couple sent “kilig” to fans and other celebrities including Dominic Roque, Yassi Pressman and Tim Yap.

“Sweet naman (how cute),” Yap told the couple.

“We were just about to go camping! If you go again, sama kami (we’ll join),” Pressman meanwhile said.
