It took a couple of weeks, but Oregon managed to climb back into the top 5 in the USA TODAY AFCA coaches poll.

The Ducks were as high as 3rd, but after that Stanford overtime loss, they dropped to 12th. Now with a winning streak of five games and teams falling above them, Oregon is now 5th on the poll.

The newest team to fall by the wayside is Oklahoma, which suffered their first loss of the season. The Sooners’ 27-14 loss at Baylor made way for the 9-1 Ducks to jump one spot.

Ohio State remains in fourth place just ahead of the Ducks, despite Oregon winning in Columbus earlier this season. Notre Dame, also 9-1, lurks just behind Oregon in 6th place.

Aside from the Ducks, Utah is the only other Pac-12 school to crack the poll at # 25.
