EAU CLAIRE, Wisconsin (WEAU) – Due to the recent rainy, warmer weather, outdoor ice rinks will be closed in the city of Eau Claire.

Outdoor ice rinks at Boyd, Putnam and Roosevelt parks will be closed due to recent rainy, warmer weather, according to a media release from the city of Eau Claire Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department. The Pinehurst Warming Shelter is open for sledding, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and gear sharing. At this time, the crokicurl and ice skating rinks cannot be used.
