3:01 pm Police responded to the harassment at Block 3500 of the NW Jetty. 9:42 am Police were responding to a disturbance in some public restrooms in the 1700 block of NW Hwy 101. The caller informed the subject that they were causing a disturbance. 12:26 pm Police received a report of a reported attack on a school in the 3700 block of SE Spyglass Ridge Drive. Caller reported assault on a student.

4:19 p.m. Police responded to an arrest warrant at the 1000 block of SW 51st Street. The reported suspect violated the contact release agreement. 4:24 pm Police received a report of a stolen vehicle at a store in the 2700 block of NW Hwy 101. The reported vehicle has been stolen from the rear of the site since last night. entered into the system.

12:50 p.m. Oregon State Police responded to an accident with no injuries on Highway 18, Milestone 9. The driver of a Chevrolet pickup truck lost control of his vehicle while going into a corner. The truck went off the freeway and onto an embankment. The driver suffered no injuries and did not require medical attention. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office helped.

13:18 OSP responded to littering. While patrolling Schooner Creek Road in Lincoln County, OSP observed a mass of debris near the creek’s banks consisting of broken clay pigeons, spent rifle cartridges, ammo packs and other shooting-related items. Some of the items were in the water at the edge of Schooner Creek. There are currently no suspects. OSP cleaned the area and took most of the debris and disposed of it properly.

15:26 OSP responded to an accident with injuries at Block 1300 of Harlan Road. A The westbound motorcyclist had lost control and struck an eastbound Lincoln County dump truck. The motorcyclist suffered a broken leg and was flown to Corvallis Good Samaritan Hospital for life. Driver privileges have been suspended at crime level. 3:01 a.m. OSP responded to a DUII on Highway 101, Milestone 121. A The northbound vehicle left the roadway and crashed through a guardrail on Immonen Road and Highway 101 south of Lincoln City. The driver and front passenger reported no injuries. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested and taken to the Lincoln County Jail, where she voluntarily provided a breath sample with a BAC of 0.13%.
