KUWAIT CITY, January 5: A licensed campsite is considered private residence and can only be entered with the approval of the prosecutor, reports the daily Al-Rai, citing a source from the Spring Camps Committee of the Kuwait City Council. According to the source, the above task is outside the jurisdiction of the municipality; indicating that the public does not know, hence the need to inform them.

He also proposed the formation of several inspection teams, similar to the tripartite and quadruple committees established by the Council of Ministers; provided that these committees report directly to the Spring Camps Committee. He stressed the importance of informing campground owners of the need to monitor gatherings, parties and other events at campsites; especially since there are no joint inspection teams of the competent authorities, as each authority works within the framework of its regulations.

He underlined the need to further tighten penalties for anyone who circumvents health regulations through parties and other campground events; Given that the community has worked hard to fix violations. He added that the insurance fee has been lowered so anyone can get a camping permit.
