Highlights: The Missions broke a 5-5 tie with a four-run ninth inning and won their third straight win over the Hooks at Whataburger Field. Corpus Christi rebounded by hitting three runs in the ninth inning before Kevin Kopps made the save for San Antonio. Luke Berryhill offensively led the hooks, driving in three runs on three hits with two doubles. Connor Hollis drove in four heats and led the missions.

Highlights: The missions ended with 13 hits, including five extra base hits and two homers, to secure their second straight win over the Hooks at Whataburger Field. Corpus Christi led 2-1 into the third inning when San Antonio regained the lead through a sacrifice by Korry Howell. Yainer Daz scored a home hit in the bottom half for the Hooks to level the game, but the Missions added two more runs in the sixth to finally take the lead on a Domingo Leyba home run. San Antonio extended their seventh-place lead with an RBI double from Chandler Seagle and an RBI single from Leyba. The Hooks responded with three runs at the bottom of seventh place to go for two, but Jorge Ona hit a leadoff home run in eighth place to secure the Missions win.

Highlights: The Missions broke a 7-7 tie with a two-run eighth inning to earn a series opener win over the Hooks at Whataburger Field. San Antonio tied on four homers, led by Esteury Ruiz, who finished with three hits, two extra base hits and two RBI. Enmanuel Valdez, who was named Astros minor league player of the month, finished with two goals and a home run to lead Corpus Christi. Justin Dirden and Ross Adolph also scored for the Hooks, who are now 9-13.

The Corpus Christi Hooks defeated the Arkansas Travelers 2-0 on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Whataburger Field, Texas.
