Battle Ground Harvest Days is a two-day festival hosted by the City of Battle Ground and the Battle Ground Festivals Association. It begins with a Friday cruise at 6 p.m. ($20 entry fee) and continues on Saturdays with a pancake breakfast from 7-10 a.m. at Parkway and Main Street ($7 per person, $25 per family) and a parade down Main Street 10:00 am Craft Market at Battle Ground High School, Beer Garden and Fireworks. Vancouver Night Market will host three outdoor summer night markets at Clark College, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way on Fridays from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; August 19th; and 15 Sept. Browse the wares of 60 local artisans and vendors in the Red Parking Lot in front of O’Connell Sports Center. Shoppers will also enjoy live music with a DJ and dance lessons. Explore nine extraordinary gardens during the Clark County Green Neighbors Natural Garden Tour, which featured personal visits to local gardens this year. This free self-guided tour operates on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All of the gardens on the tour are examples of natural gardening techniques and no synthetic chemicals have been used to achieve lush results. No registration is required. Attend a Tailgate Night in Ridgefield Saturday at 4:00 p.m. to support the Ridgefield Raptors baseball team. Enjoy dinner, drinks, or grab-and-go in downtown Ridgefield, then ride the free ballpark shuttle at the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex. Shuttles pick up passengers at the Port of Ridgefield office at 111 W. Division St. and at Simons Street and Third Avenue. Shuttles will return fans to downtown Ridgefield after the game. Stroll through the Battle Ground Old Town Farmers Market hosted by Battle Ground Healing Arts and Apothecary, 408 E. Main St, every Saturday in July, August, and September from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. At the market you will find fresh produce and craft vendors.
