On the way in the camp – do it right!
Age: 12-15
Boise Parks and Recreation partners with Readers Theater Works! to provide a fun, high-energy camp that encourages children to read and act. Each morning, the teens play drama, rehearse a 10-minute mystery play, analyze texts, and learn acting and reading skills. On the last day of the camp, youth will perform the mystery play. No experience or memory required. Every day after theater time, teens go “out and about” to explore all the fun Boise has to offer – bowling, swimming, hiking, skating, dining and more!
Dates: 11.-15. July
Camp takes place from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Fort Boise Community and Amphitheater at South Junior High School
Cost: $175 for Boise residents; $249 for non-residents
