Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH) said it will develop two of its so-called RV SuperCenters in Ohio, including one in Lake County.
The Lincolnshire, Illinois-based recreational vehicle dealer announced in a press release that it has signed purchase agreements for 15 acre properties in Madison near I-90 and State Route 528 and in Sunbury, near Columbus.
Camping World announced that the new stores will open in the fall of 2022. The company currently has four locations in Ohio: Akron, Toledo, Huber Heights, and Piqua.
A Camping World official did not return an email on Wednesday morning June 23rd.
The company’s stores sell new and used RVs; RV and Outdoor Products and Accessories; and Good Sam branded insurance, products and services. Camping World and its sister company Gander RV & Outdoor say they have more than 175 locations in 38 states. The company added that it will have agreements to acquire existing RV dealerships, projects under construction, or projects pending land acquisitions in 45 of the 48 neighboring states.
Camping World shares traded at $ 38.94 at 1pm on Wednesday. Its 52-week high is at $ 49.20 and the 52-week low is at $ 22.60.
